I give interactive workshops where people learn to prepare vegan dishes, how the food we eat influences our health, how to avoid common food-related chronic diseases, how to control overweight, high cholesterol, hypertension, how to follow a high-fiber low-carbohidrates and low-fat diet. In my plant based menus I include lots of raw (not cooked) preparations. I also give some information about the environmental unsustainability of meat industry.

I organize cultural events in my city and abroad to spread knowledge and consciousness about veganism, healthy food, animal welfare, ecology and environmental sustainability.
They usually are dinners open to the public with a screening of a documentary film, sometimes foodsharing activities, sometimes speeches.
